"Lace, Not Lace" Exhibition Opening

The first exhibition of its kind in US history, “Lace, Not Lace: Contemporary Fiber Art From Lacemaking Techniques” shatters stereotypes about traditional lace and its usage, and shines a light on skilled artists from around the globe who use lace as their medium. Curated by Brooklyn Lace Guild co-founder Devon Thein, the Hunterdon Art Museum will host an opening on September 23rd from 3 to 5pm including an introduction by the curator as well as the lighting of the renowned lace Urchins by Choi+Shine.
